Staff and Users
Users and Staff both refer to authorized account users. The "Staff" are any users within a given business.
If you wish to see which users have access to a given business, you can do so by looking at the staff tab. The "Staff" tab will only display the users that have access to that specific business.
To View Staff
1. Click on the business title in the upper left corner on any page.
2. Click "Staff"
3. You will see the staff page, which displays
only users that have access to this specific business. This account may have a dozen or more users, however, only one has access to the business pictured below.
You can search by typing a name in the search field or search by initial, by clicking on the corresponding letter.
To View all Users
1. Click the profile avatar at the top right of any page
2. Click "Users"
3. You will be taken to the users tab in the account settings. Choose which user to edit and click on the pencil icon to the right of their name.
